2048 Fusion is the dangerously chill cousin of the original—same sliding and merging, but with 20 unique tiles to unlock. You're climbing the chain, creating bigger numbers, and trying not to let the grid fill up. Sounds zen until you're three moves from a new record and one bad swipe bricks everything.
Think before you swipe. Pick a corner for your highest tile and defend it like your life depends on it. Funnel new merges toward that corner so your big numbers stack in one lane instead of scattering across the board. Avoid panic swipes—random moves spawn junk you can't clear. If a swipe doesn't set up a merge this turn or the next, skip it.
Use empty spaces as breathing room. Create them deliberately, then slide rows into place to trigger combo merges that free up even more real estate. That cycle—open, align, merge—is how you survive late game. Sometimes you'll need a gutsy move to unjam the board, but take calculated risks when a single swipe can set up multiple merges or rescue your highest tile from drifting out of its corner.
